Corporate Sponsorships

• Soliciting and securing corporate sponsorships
• Soliciting purchase of ad space for dinner program
• Dinner program ad design

• Coordination between various sub-committees
• Hotel logistics
• Room set-up
• Decoration set-up
• Keynote speaker and special guests' needs
• Audio/Visual management
• Dinner Producer: Manage schedule, speakers, A/V coordination, etc.

• Graphic design for program book
• Website graphics
• Invitation Design

• Assist other committees as needed
• Distribution of flyers and posters announcing the dinner
• Delivering silent auction donations to the hotel

• Soliciting items for the auction
• The "not so silent" auction set-up the night of the dinner
• Runners to notify bid winners the night of the dinner
• Cashier to collect money for silent auction items the night of the dinner
